McKenzie | Omaha Senior Photographer

(*sigh*)

To be a senior again. Full of wonder and hope. Standing on a path with many different potential adventures, some might be planned, some unplanned. Excited. Giddy, yet unsure. Meekly confident. With so much to look forward to, and a few uncertainties to be cautious of.

I don't have a senior of my own, but I can't help but feel all these things as I've watched MissKenzie (as my baby girl calls her) blossom before my very eyes. Her parents were one of the first people to welcome our little family to Omaha, McKenzie tucked shyly behind the leg of her mom. And now she went and grew up. And tells me of dreams and plans with a little twinkle in her eye. I'm anxious to see how this one unfolds.

So proud of you MissKenzie!

The {C} family | Omaha Family Photographer

The wind is blowin' and the weather tells me it'll barely get above freezing this week. Waaahh!

On one of the last days of decent weather, this family and I headed out to my new favorite spot. Baby B is almost ONE and she was cheeeezzing it up, in between shivers. Just look at those little teethies!

Beautiful people. Beautiful family.

The whole B Fam!! | Omaha Family Photographer

Nothing was gonna stop this family from pure laughter and fun! I thought that post-Halloween sugar jitters would threaten 15 little kids (and a dog) to go crazy. Were they really going to be able to sit still for a family reunion picture on a below-freezing morning?

YES!

They did it!

And maybe it was us adults who had the post-Halloween sugar rush ... I guess you never know what to expect from a family of 5 brothers and one sister! And so I bring you beauty and silliness all wrapped into one photo shoot!

The siblings...
And the out-laws!
Everyone!

I spy with my little "eye"... comment if you see it!

What have I been up to? | Omaha Photographer

It's getting cold out! The darn wind is blowing off all my fall leaves, and my busy autumn season has been exciting! Here are {more than a} few of the images that have made me giddy lately:
